The Pocket Forge is the world's smallest weaponsmith, creating hand forged miniature swords, spears, axes, maces, hammers, flails, daggers, staves and more!

My work is based on both historical examples and original fantasy designs, and I use traditional blacksmithing techniques, tools and materials to create items that are authentic and fully functional.

I mostly work in 1/6 Scale, although am able to discuss custom builds also. My work was also featured by Adam Savage on Tested!

About Me

I am Ben (He/him) and I have been a maker for 7 years, having started with zero blacksmithing experience as a hobby. I started The Pocket Forge shortly after, when (as a lot of hobby makers do) I let myself be pressured into setting up an Etsy and things just sort of got out of hand!

I am self-taught and have been focused on learning a variety of metal, wood and leather craft and adapting them to work in miniature scale.

I am also, unsurprisingly, a massive nerd and my obsession with mystical swords probably began when I was very young with The Sword in the Stone, He-Man and The Hobbit! I've been a DM for my own group for about 8 years and am also a lifelong gamer.
