We’ve been able to create a safe space for sharing advice, suggestions and personal experience, making for an incredibly wholesome vibe.

While we do have a tiered subscription system for your creator account, this does include a free tier, which gets your profile added to the directory with your links and images, and gets you access to our Discord server too. Any and all funds that come from our paid tiers goes straight back into the Hub, helping keep this website running, as well as opening up marketing opportunities such as fliers and banners at conventions as well as social ad campaigns. You’ll find a full breakdown of the Hub income and spendings within the Discord!

Guidelines:
We’ve dropped a couple of guidelines below to help you decide whether the Hub is the place for you.

Our focus is on the world of tabletop RPGs which we extend out include to fantasy themes. Unfortunately we don’t currently work with board game publishers. This includes both board games and trading card games. We do however encourage creators of TTRPG content to apply!

You must classify as a business, which means you need to be taking payment for your work in some form. Whether that’s online marketplaces, commissions, conventions or having your work in local stores, as long as you’re a functioning business, you’re good to go!

The Hub is aimed at small businesses, which, generally speaking, we classify as an individual or small group of people personally designing and handcrafting products. Don’t worry if you outsource your production, for example if you’re an artist, we wouldn’t expect you to also physically print clothing or craft enamel pins yourself. We generally look at it as “are they adding value to the product” if yes, then come on in!

We will not be supporting creators who use generative AI for the production of any or all parts of a sold product. Generative AI in this instance refers specifically to text-input software such as, but not limited to, Midjourney, Dall-e or Chat-GPT to generate images, artwork or written work that is then sold as a product. We accept use for admin processes or developing marketing material.

We’re not currently set up to support brick and mortar shops, however lots of our brands would love to work with physical shops able to stock their creations, so please do still get in touch and perhaps we can get you connected!

All applications go through a vetting process, this involves a volunteer committee of existing Hub brands assessing the information provided and ensuring that any creator invited in is trustworthy, a legitimate business, and falls within our guidelines above. This is to keep both our customers and our fellow Hub makers safe, and continues to foster that ability to be open with each other.
