Hello, I'm Elyssa and the artist behind Print is Dead! Working mainly in digital art and pen and ink, I create beautiful art for darker souls - inspired by memento mori, nature, mythology, folklore and all things witchy, Print is Dead offers a range of things perfect for grown-up goths and gamers.

I have exhibited at a variety of cons across the midlands and beyond, including MCM, Em-Con, Telford Takeover and UK Games Expo, but I also participate in tattoo cons and smaller alternative events including running my own markets in Nottingham for all the local goths and geeks - the Dark Arts Market - which I run alongside my friend and fellow small business, Minifi's Oddities.

Created during my MA in Graphic Design and Illustration at Nottingham Trent University, Print is Dead is a celebration of my love of mythology, folklore, gothic imagery and fantasy themes.
